It does work as advertised. As far as I know, I do not have No problems, I just needed a little boost with erection power. While laying on my back, I have a tendency to lose control of my breath. So, I decided to take a chance on it. The first thing that came to mind was I was a fairly skeptic, I was certain that this would do nothing. However, I remain skeptical, and I was very surprised. The few times I was pressed into service, I was in a bind. I have had nothing but success with it.
