It was a costly lesson to learn. I gained more than one cup size in size, I had a higher libido, but I put on weight and dropped my blood pressure, once in a dangerous way. It seemed to have a good effect overall, despite some drawbacks. Maybe it should be used on a more occasional basis, rather than quite frequently. The product was not something I would buy again (or finish the bottle) but it worked for some things so I guess that it might be useful in some instances.
