I'm a middle-aged man who has battled acne for most of my adult life and has visited a dermatologist for decades. I'm sure this product works well for those who can tolerate it, but I gave it one star because of the reaction, not because of the product; 1 star reviews attract the attention of those who read supplement reviews to see if a bad reaction has occurred, which is why I gave it one star. br>br>Note that I've been taking the same vitamins for years. Every day, I take ten different supplements, but they've all been consistent, and this is the first time I've added something new. br>br>I purchased a bottle of this in order to help my immune system. br>br>Day One - One perle was taken by me. I flushed my entire body for the next 12 hours. Do you know how you feel after taking a B vitamin complex with a high Niacin content? That's how I felt, and I was extremely hot. It didn't matter what I did. I was perspiring a little, but it wasn't too bad. At this point, I didn't believe the garlic supplement had anything to do with my flushing and assumed I was just having a bad day. I assumed the heat and humidity were to blame because it had been getting hotter and more humid here (I live in the south). Also, I had a terrible headache that was quickly turning into a migraine, which I dismissed as something else because I hadn't connected the dots yet. br>br>Day two - I doubled my dose and took two perles that day, despite the fact that I had no idea it was the garlic that was causing my reaction. Oh boy. I was twice as hot this time as I had been the day before. TMI warning - I was sweating through my socks, my bra was soaked, and I felt like I was on fire, which lasted the entire day. This time, I was also suffering from a severe migraine, with every part of my body feeling extremely hot. Even when I eat a lot of spicy foods, I don't get this much flushing. 3rd, 4th, and 5th days - It was business as usual for the next three days after I stopped taking the garlic supplement. I still take my daily supplements, but without the garlic, and I haven't had any flushing or migraines since.

Years ago, when I was plagued by sinus infections that rendered me unable to work, I began taking Garlic Oil Perles. I haven't had a sinus infection since I started taking three Garlic Oil Perles every morning for breakfast. I have no intention of stopping taking them because I despise the way I felt when I was sick with sinus infections. After I finish my breakfast, I easily swallow them with a cup of hot tea.

Before garlic became popular, I began taking it. I'm overjoyed that it's now highly valued. I started taking it with me on trips so that I wouldn't get any of the intestinal problems that so many people do. When I'm at home, I only take 6 per day. When I travel, I take four pills with each meal. If you take a look at the advantages, you'll notice that they're numerous. You'll think of it as a must-have.

Solgar supplements are one of my favorites. Excellent quality and a large selection of choices. These garlic gels are delicious. All of the benefits of garlic, but none of the odor. I don't have any stomach issues after these, and I also don't smell. I strongly advise it.
