I thought I was getting older. This is unbelievable! There is also more nutritional value in this flax seed than other brands of flax seeds (you can tell that by looking at the nutritional I really like the taste of it, too! The flavor is kind of nutty (kind of like peanut butter). The food tastes good enough to eat alone if you're pressed for time or don't feel like mixing it with anything else. This spread is also delicious sprinkled over salad, pasta, oatmeal, or frozen yogurt. I am totally addicted to it! In addition, the label peels right off and is easy enough to recycle the container for other purposes - and if you think the label is problematic, it's not. Toys for kids, like Legos, can be replaced by disposables such as Tupperware.

I have been buying this brand for years. It is the best flax in the business, organic, and a healthy addition to your cereal or yogurt. The Forti-Fluent brand had been my first choice, but I have tried other brands There is no alternate to flax for me, because it has the best taste and quality.
