Hot flashes were not relieved by using this product

These are homeopathic remedies that people have said stop hot flashes and make menopause easier to deal with. After taking them for a while and using most of the bottle, they did not help at all. There is no evidence that Primrose oil will help you when you go through the menopause. If I recall correctly, they can even harm you instead. I looked on the Mayo Clinic site and they said there was no evidence that Primrose oil work. Make sure you do your homework. Neither would I recommend it nor would I use it anymore.

Even evening primrose oil as well as omega oils will make a big difference. The brand has helped me achieve good results for the past two years. Consistency and lack of leakage are the best qualities of this product. It is a bit difficult to swallow but relatively easy to swallow pills.

We are so disappointed by these. PMS is causing me issues, so I wanted something to help. Why do I not notice the difference between these two? I wouldn't waste your time on these stuff, go and buy a different brand instead.
