This is excellent. There is no aftertaste, and the capsules are small and do not contain any unnecessary ingredients. This, combined with black cohosh, will help you avoid overheating, night sweating, itchy skin, mood swings, and heat sensitivity as a result of menopause or postmenopause. If you take these along with dong quoi before menopause starts, you won't have to deal with the symptoms of menopause. This oil also moisturizes and lubricates the insides of the body. There's no dew down there.

My 17-year-old daughter was suffering from eczema on her hands, so I went online to look for a natural solution. She'd had spots in other places for a long time, but the ones on her hands had suddenly become so inflamed that she couldn't even hold a pencil in school or perform simple tasks. It was bothering her a lot and was causing her a lot of pain. We tried a variety of creams and other doctor-recommended treatments, but they didn't work. We're on our second bottle of this brand and are thrilled that it's Vegan (which is important to both of us), a good value for the amount of pills you get, and ships quickly and easily. The only downside I can think of is the taste isn't pleasant if you don't immediately swallow the pills with a good amount of water. She's taken a bottle overseas for a trip and is grateful for how convenient these pills are to take with her morning vitamin routine. That isn't a deal-breaker, though. We will continue to purchase Deva Vegan Vitamins and enthusiastically recommend it.

My fiance has noticed a difference since I began taking these, particularly after the first bottle was finished. br>br>For the first month, I took one of these every day with my daily vitamins and simply added them to my supplement routine, and I took two capsules during my cycle week. Then, the week before and the week of my period, I started taking only one capsule per day, and WOW. My cycle is back to normal (which is why I started taking these in the first place), my cycle is as regular as it can be, and my flow has decreased dramatically thanks to drinking raspberry leaf tea the week before. br>br>The cramps I used to get from these were excruciatingly painful and KILLER. I had to take time off work and sometimes just lay on the floor in pain because there was nothing else I could do, especially after I stopped taking prescription medications and switched to only using home and herbal remedies. I have these; I'm not sure what they're for, but I'll take a few every now and then because I figure the more supplements I take, the less likely I am to be involved in car accidents, meteor strikes, or being cut off on the highway. I'm not sure what effect is desired in terms of health, but I haven't died yet. Because I'm a vegan and unique, I buy this brand for everything. If I die, I'll update this review. Cheers.

I used these for both pregnancies, and neither delivery caused me to tear. br>Update: I recently gave birth to my third child and did not tear for the third time. It could just be a coincidence, but I'm pretty sure it's not. br>The following are the directions I followed: Starting at 36 weeks, take one pill per day for one week, then two pills per day the following week, and three pills per day for the remainder of the pregnancy.
