As well as knowing how much of each herb is in the capsules, it would be helpful. I have no idea how many percent of that grass is oat grass. There is also a misrepresentation in the description because it says all that's in it is kale, chlorella, and spirulina.

It is unusually heavy for me to have flow during my cycles because I am anemic. A source of chlorophyll is an effective way to make more blood volume in your body, so I got this plant because it has the highest concentration of chlorophyll. The changes it brings are game-changing! My cycle usually begins about two weeks before and ends a little bit after taking the supplement.
