Previously, I wrote to the company asking the same important questions and others. For instance, which type of chlorella is contained in the sample, Does it grow in a greenhouse or outdoors? If outdoors, what is the process used to break down Would you mind if I asked you about the Would you like to release a press release? Was it grown in China? I wanted to know if it was picked up with sound vibrations. The company replied that it is tested for contamination, said they did not know about the rest of the questions and didn't know what the answer was. It seems that the similar symptoms have happened to others who have added this to smoothies, as I became violently ill at work within an hour or two. My computer was not connecting to the internet, and I tried it again a month or so later. While I threw the chlorella out immediately, I want others to be warned.
I went to the doctor, and I was diagnosed with inflamed lymph nodes. I found out, after doing a little more research, that this product can cause your immune system to run on overdrive. I think that is what I experienced. Leaving this product alone seems like a good idea to me.
It took me a teaspoon to have food positioning after I took it. After a week, I tried it again, and this time I got even worse results. After vomiting for hours, I had to wait two days to feel normal again.
As far as chlorella and spirulina are concerned, I am not new to them. I found them a bit strong at first, but I did not find it bothersome. Since I ordered them for the first time, I have been missing them in my smoothies for the past couple of weeks when I was out and before I placed my order. seem weird, but I actually prefer my smoothies to taste better if they are made with leafy greens that are quite potent with a mustard green flavor to them, such as mature dinosaur kale (black, lacinato, Tuscan). The bitter taste of greens is very difficult to take down when they are the only green used, but, chorella and spirulina actually neutralize the potency of the bitter taste. When it comes to Nutricost products, they are absolutely non-toxic I think that's wonderful that there are no GMOs. It would be great to know if organic certification is available. I don't like this chlorella. In terms of color, it is much lighter than the regular organic brands I've tried, as well as taste disappointing. This is a cheaply-made product, and there are much better organic brands available at a similar price. The return will be soon.
This powder is really great, if I may say so. You are supposed to remove bad things from your body with it. I don't know how to describe the taste other than it's a horrible thing to taste through your nose, but it's easy to swallow, and it's not sticky. So that I can get it down the hatch more easily, I drink it with a little less water than advised. It isn't harmful to me and I normally go to the bathroom about 30 minutes after drinking it. I gain no weight from drinking it and I work out while drinking. Overall, it was a good purchase, and I can definitely feel the difference in my belly!.
My body rejected it again, and I got sick a second.
