When fermented and then dried, there is a natural cracking of the cell wall. The fermentation process allows us to release the chlorella's highly nutritious contents without having to break down the cell wall, and it allows us to ferment in controlled environments that preserve the chlorella's potency and purity.
If you are trying to kill off good bacteria, then I am unsure why you are doing so. Fermentation is not only about making food better for digestion, but also about adding good bacteria to the digestive tract. I am not sure what your question is about.
There are five tablets in one serving according to the bottle. On the following line it says that chlorella contains one gram per serving. My understanding is that 1000 MG per serving means that it could be wrong. Taking 1000 and dividing it by 5 would give 250 mg of potassium.
