You will need 1 tsp of (I think 1/4 banana was way too much, I should have used 3/4 instead I have half a that in it, it I did not expect it to be so tasty, but it I was surprised by that! There were about 4 cups of smoothie in the end. Due to the fact that the foods are dehydrated and ground up, I did not use the recommended amounts. to take in too many nutrients at one time, as that may result in my body throwing away the rest of the food I eat during After feeling full for about three hours, I started to feel hungry again It takes 4 hours to eat a meal like normal!.
There is an 8 oz package of this and I HATE it! As per the nutrition facts label, 1 ounce or 2 tablespoons are the serving size. The first thing I did was to take a Just a very small amount makes me have terrible cramps, accompanied by other nasty side effects. There's no way I could have ordered this a second time! I had no idea how I got it! The only way I can find automatically refilled orders is to search for them continuously.
