The pills were about the size of a gel cap and were easy to swallow. They were slightly spicy on the outside and left a warm sensation on my tongue until I swallowed them. I needed to take 3 teaspoons of cayenne pepper every day, and this method was MUCH more convenient and easier to swallow.
Rather than enduring suffering, I take a cayenne pepper pill to relieve the pain and it works.
