So far, the system is working for me, and I fill up with my vitamins and supplements every morning. What disturbs me most when I travel for the weekend is when I leave for vacation. In that case, I still need to come up with a solution. There are 3 of those cups I keep and they are labelled as follows Either eat with it, or take it on an empty stomach, or drink it with food. By doing so, I know that I am taking each pill correctly. These products are apparently magical, because even if I remember to take them every day, I don't get hot flashes any more! They're combined with Dong Quai and Wild Yam, so they seem to be effective. Those hot flashes are the worst! You feel as if someone just walked up and put a hot oven on your head out of the blue! This is terrible! In the winter I began to have these problems. Seeing as how they're worse in the summer, I can only imagine what my summer sickness will be like. (They say to check with your mom to see how she fared because a lot of the symptoms are similar among women in your family, especially your birth )
