The Black Cohosh herb was recommended to me by my doctor in order to treat my nighttime hot flashes. After taking the supplement for a few days, I thought it was just okay, but then I forgot to take one of the capsules before bed, and I was awake at 3 in the morning I wake up at 00 a. m. The sweat has been pouring! No dose has ever been missed since I started taking this drug. In the morning, I take one capsule and at night, I take one capsule. My hot flashes are rare, but they don't disturb my sleep and usually do not wake me up in the middle of the night. I like this product a lot.

The Black Cohosh herb has been a staple of my diet for years now A brand of loose herb and/or another loose herb for your Even though I like some other Solaray products, I find that this one is not very effective, as you have to take 3xs as many capsules as Nature's Way.
