Questions & Answers

Do the pills fit the bottle? Some, like primrose oil caps, are too big for the bottle. A. I tried it. B. The cohass tinctures do not seem to work. Perhaps 400mg pills would be a better solution?

My experience is that these capsules are fairly standard in size, but definitely smaller than any oil capsule I've ever seen before. The size of the flower is at least half that of the flower.

As far as I can tell, My symptoms of experiencing about 20 hot flashes per day led me to begin taking this product

Even though I am likely postmenopausal, these episodes were getting more frequent, so I researched an effective remedy. Now I only have a hot flash once or twice in a while since I take one every day in the morning. Due to the fact that I was also reducing my sugar intake at the time, I can't say for certain that it was the black cohosh, but I believe it was.

It seems to be Neither of my intestinal problems nor hot flashes have gone away, but they have sometimes become less frequent and more mild at times, but not always. For my particular needs, I cannot yet pass judgment on the effectiveness of this herb.
