I'm here. The serving size on the supplement fact label was changed from 800 mg for 2 capsules in 2015 to 400 mg for one capsule to comply with good manufacturing practices. The product has always contained 400mg and 2mg of One capsule twice a day is still the recommended use, and always has been. fabrication process and the product formulation remain the same, but only the serving size in the supplement facts box has changed. Following some research, I decided to give black cohosh a shot. An hour after my first dose, I was immediately aware there was something very different. It was a mellow day for me. My sense of continuous anxiety/anger had gone away. I wasn't even aware it was there, as it had been so used to me that I didn't notice it. This time when I purchased the product, I purchased the 800mg which work great for hot flashes, but I noticed that it didn't seem to work this time, which was fairly odd since I always had good results. As I read the label, I noticed that the 400mg that I originally ordered was much less than what I received. As I moved on to investigate, once I went to my order, it says 800, but once I clicked on reorder, the 400 mg did show up in my cart instead of the 800 mg as I expected. You are being deceived by this. This has left me a little disappointed and I will try to buy the product from another vendor and make sure it is 800 mg and not 400 mg.
