It is helpful for hot flashes

Hot flashes and mood swings can be treated with this remedy. There is, however, no taste to it. Having said that, this particular brand tasted like sulfur spiked with dirt. I've had black cohosh tea before and it's not very pleasing to the palate. While the effect is good, the flavor is not so good.
