What is the length of time before any effects occur?

Since I was in my late 70s and have had hot flashes for many years, I've learned to deal with them. It was recommended that I take black cohash, so I started taking it. Even so, I still experience short yet painful hot flashes every now and then. I wasn't able to remove them completely, but they were very helpful.

I'm not menopausal, and I just turned 42 this year. A friend of mine recommended black cohosh about a year ago, and I first tried taking tablets rather than capsules. It worked almost immediately (latter, it didn't take more than a couple of Amazon seemed to have an array of different brands of the forms and forms the stores had, so I looked on Amazon. A big difference between brands and between capsules and tables is evident to me. There is no conceivable reason for that, but it is drastically different. Consider, for example, the following. My reasoning behind getting some capsules was that they had higher mgs of black cohosh, so I thought they would be more cost effective than spring valley tablets? until after several days that my mood started to deteriorate, and I became rather cranky to say the least. I thought perhaps it was just the environment, but decided to take those last few spring valley tablets I had "just in case" ( I stopped taking Back on my tablet, I was transformed into my former self as soon as the next day. There are capsules that have incredibly high dosages, but after researching a lot, I found that too much of anything can be bad for you. for me, I take three at the start of the day and two at the end of the day, both at 40mg (120mg in the morning and 80mg in the evening). I used to sell it for $00, but I stopped. Having said that, I think it works very well. You should take two tablets a day, one in the morning and one at night. Even in the summer months, I don't experience severe hot flashes. Don't hesitate to give it a shot!.
