Honestly, I have no idea. As much as I wanted it to work, I didn't find it to be as effective as other brands.

It's taken me a few weeks, but I'm sleeping through the night and no longer experiencing hot flashes. My experience with this purchase has been very positive. My regimen includes taking it just once in the morning, despite the fact that it is recommended twice daily.
In the beginning they actually helped me for 2 or 3 days because I had several nights of night sweats. I've used black cohosh for this in the past, but I ran out of it. My normal dose of 1080 milligrams per day used to be. There are two 540 mg pills in each package. As a result, I took 2 as a start. It lasted for about 3 days, then they stopped working. The amount of pills was raised to 3, but it did not My bottom line is that I was taking 10 PILLS DAILY to ensure that I did not sweat much. THIS IS NOT A GOOD ITEM TO BUY. AN EXPENSE YOU CANNOT AFFORD.
Typically, I take one black cohosh tablet before breakfast and one at night and I use best naturals black cohosh which has 540mg. I had about five hot flashes a day instead of 10 and hardly any at night since I started taking it. Initially, I thought I would try this new product because it has higher mg, so perhaps I would be able to take it all at once. The hot flashes stop as if I haven't taken anything at all! I have been taking 2 capsules twice a day for 2 weeks, and I am getting no hot flashes at all. The product doesn't do anything for me and I really don't like it. On the other product, I had hardly any hot flashes, but after switching to this product, I've been having numerous flashes day and night. As a result, I do not recommend this product and I am not satisfied at all with it.
Black Cohosh has been helping me with night sweats for awhile now. I was always waking up with them in the middle of the night. I have a problem with how to store and use the container, but the product is great! Two capsules should be taken once or twice a day, according to the directions. The morning one gives me energy and the night one helps me sleep. Sleeping through the night or having flashes during the day is no longer an issue. In addition to sleeping all night, I am also able to do my homework. The remainder of the order will be placed soon.
