However, if I wanted to take a capsule rather than eat a pint or two of blueberries every day, I thought it might be easier. After the pills get into my system, my acne starts coming back after a few days. Asked Zazzee naturals exactly how many blueberries are in each pill, they replied that they were roughly equivalent. According to them, it was 8 or 9. That's a great answer, but damn, it's no wonder I can't really feel any better with the pills!
