There is a real benefit to using lutein esters

Driving at night is something I used to do. Occasionally, I would have a hard time focusing on the road because of the glare from headlights. Several years ago, I found out that lutein esters could be helpful. As a result, it works. The glare from a flatscreen TV is so bright now and I often look at my smartphone as well.
