The liquid Bilberry works best for me. It is the first time that I am using a tablet.

What is the amount of anthocyanosides ?

The exact nature of this is not known. Bilberry was 350 calories, quercetin was 105, rutin was 70, and eyebright was I took 2 pieces of bilberry @479mg a day as my first try. It is very easy to use both of them.

Product quality is better with Swanson

taking Bilberry more than a decade ago because my night vision was going bad at the time. I found it to be helpful. Having been unable to get this at my local store for quite some time, I went to Swanson to see if they had it. Yes, they did and I don't think I could be happier as their product is so much stronger than the typical grocery store products. Due to Swanson and their higher-quality products, I have substantially better night vision today than I did previously.

Scrolling through the TV programming, I remembered that I had forgotten to put on my glasses. It is true that I had to squint a bit. It is usually hard to read the print because it is very fuzzy. I guess it works so I guess I should keep doing it.

I am very happy with them. It is common for my eyes to become stressed or tired during the day. I have found that these high milligram dose Bilberry pills and some high milligram dose Lutein (20mg) caps really help with my eyesight. There is no more stress, I haven't felt so good about my eyes.
