Please read this note for anyone suffering from IBS

You might want to try it. I had intermittent bowel spasms off and on over the last four or five years. After just two days on this product, those spasms have gone away! am not able to say that it will exactly be the same for everyone, but it worked for me. It used to be that peppermint caps or even marshmallow root would work, but not as well as Additionally, my bowels have been calmed by this product and I have been able to relieve occasional acid reflux as well When I ate gluten-free bread and spicy Italian food, I would experience an uncomfortable feeling. As well as bathroom visits, there is now more regulation of them. In the event of suffering from IBS of any kind, I recommend considering this product. *BTW, I have read that SIBO sufferers, of which I may be one, should avoid eating My initial reaction was to avoid the product, but now I'm glad I was willing to give it a try.
