I usually never open capsules and just sprinkle the powder on my oatmeal since I don't want to swallow it, but I opened some of mine and now they are all hard. I'm very dismayed about this. I'm no doubt going to try to find some through another company. The type of thing you're describing is not acceptable. I can't even crush them with a knife since they are so hard.
