Due to one of them, I have a rumbly stomach, a lot of gas, and constant burping, which I have never experienced This is not something I will continue to do. At this point, I'm trying to figure out what is causing the problem and I think it must be this product. I'm not exactly sure why, but I'm not able to tolerate it. Although, I'm not sure if it was caused by this or not, but I have had a slight problem since I stopped taking it, and it has gotten better since I stopped taking it but I still have a trace of it. As I tried to fix my stomach, I feel like I messed it up.

The essence of a simple thing

My digestive problems are not related to other Fos products. I have tried others and they all gave me digestive issues. This particular brand does not, and it fits my regimen for Crohn's Getting fiber to the right places is crucial! There are a few hints of sweetness to the product, but I only use a tablespoon at a time. Does not pose any problems upon dissolution.

Even though artichokes are highly beneficial for my health, I don't like to eat them. In this case, I was initially attracted to this product simply due to the reputation it had. Nevertheless, I'm very happy with this product, which blends well in any beverage or food, and has no taste at all as promised! Plus, it's nice not to have to swallow a capsule to get nutrients. In a few months when I run out, I will reorder this.
