The original owner was ousted and I felt the new owners changed the formula, so I stopped taking it when I thought they had changed it. I am not sure if it contains zinc. The content of this product is no longer trusted. It used to be an awesome product. There were so many benefits to having it the original way. I wish I had it back.
There should be a list of the exact amount of each on the side of the bottle or call the number on the label to find out. I have never had a better set of vitamins!

It has so far been smooth sailing. In order to relieve my pain, I should take Sea Aloe twice a day, as recommended by my acupuncturist. Due to fatigue and poor memory, I felt a bit out of it. I usually take at most two tablespoons and I can easily consume it just like a shot glass. Once in a while, I even add some to my son's smoothies. I don't think he (12 yr old) could handle the taste by himself.
