My favorite brand of aloe vera caps has been around for quite a while My life has been saved by them! Taking prescription or over-the-counter medication helps you feel better, but is not necessary. Stomach lining destruction is the result of you eating raw meat. There is a book called "Why stomach acid is good for you" that's available on Amazon. There is a lack of stomach acid rather than an overproduction of it that causes acid reflux. About a year ago, I had surgery to repair my hiatal hernia. It is impossible for me to guess how much worse my condition could have become if I hadn't started taking aloe vera gel caps every day. Take the time to educate yourself! Has a number of great products available on Amazon now.

Why am I reading this in the first place? Is it 20,000 mg or 100 mg like "(Equivalent to 20,000 mg of pure Aloe Vera Gel)100 mg*?"? The two are very different. It took me two times to realize I was only taking 200 mg when I opened the package.

A lot of glue was used. It is still stuck onto my shirt even after I put it in the fridge. You can get the weakest one by getting the weakest one first.

The purpose of this review is not to review the gel as such, it is to discuss the difficulty of remove the plastic tab using pliers after taking the tab out with our hands. While it is understandable that a product needs to be childproofed, I will not purchase this product again due to how difficult it is If you have severe arthritis in your hands, you can't open that.
