I'm not a sweets person, so it was the tea; once I stopped drinking it, I wasn't as hungry. The Herbalife aloe concentrate helps with acid reflux and upset stomach. "You will lose weight with a balanced diet and exercise," I believe the claims state. The key is to eat a well-balanced diet and exercise regularly; I lost the weight I gained from the tea by walking five minutes every day and making no changes to my eating habits. I still use aloe concentrate to treat stomach aches because it works so well!

Love it. I do feel bloated, and I take it when I'm burping a lot. I take a shot, and the burping is gone in 10 minutes, and I feel great.
