Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to try it. I didn't feel that using it was safe as it displays the California prop 65 warning.

Bladderwrack has been helping me feel more energetic and I've seen a difference since taking it daily. The bottle does not say it is to be kept in the refrigerator (though the label doesn't state that it is to be kept there).
