As the title of this post implies, I've switched doctors. You should be careful with supplements as they can be just as dangerous as drugs.
It was not until I visited a naturopath that I discovered I had hypothyroidism, which I had been battling for a very long time. My doctor put me on this supplement a little over four years ago and I haven't been disappointed with it yet. I still take it religiously and I have no complaints. I am amazed.
The only one that can compete with this great thyroid supplement is the MAGNIFICENT. There's no doubt that Pure Encapsulations' thyroid supplements are the best available. It has made a HUGE difference to my health to use this product. In the past week, I have more energy than I have had in years and my mood has improved. There are several doctors offices around the world that sell this product, which is natural and vegan based. My RNP suggested I try it. I have been waiting for this product since it was released in Europe, and I am overjoyed that it has finally come to America! The fact that I could purchase this product from Amazon was a pleasant surprise!.
The first problem with this supplement is that it contains far too much selenium. I was at a dangerous level because of it. The headaches I had almost every day for a period of six months were also caused by this. The headaches were thought to be due to my hashimotos, but since I stopped taking it (because of the too high selenium levels), they have gone away. Prior to taking any vitamins, make sure you are deficient and talk to your doctor about it.
My weight dropped, and I was losing it fast! I went from a size 16 to a size 12 in just two I'm back again! It has been a huge help having that rebounder! The product is great, and I will be buying it.
It worked for a short period of time when I was treated with a low dosage of prescription medication. The next day, however, my symptoms returned immediately after the prescription had run out. This is my third try at this Thyroid Support Complex and I have been pleased with everything I have tried. During such a short period, fat gain has decreased significantly but energy factor has decreased less (which may have more to do with Fibromyalgia issues). There was a delay of at least two months before any noticeable difference could be seen. The process is still slow, but I am okay with it overall. Moreover, I appreciate the fact that the ingredients in this product are made from vitamins and nutrients, rather than lab-made chemicals that will become dependent upon my body. Every time I am able to employ a holistic approach, it is perfect for me! It seems the capsules can get stuck temporarily on the way down due to their size, so take them with water, or a liquid with a thick consistency. Taking them with water is recommended because they are a bit on the bigger side and sometimes get stuck. Pure Encapsulations produces a variety of supplements, but I wouldn't recommend taking these on an empty stomach because the supplement is potent and may easily cause you to feel nauseated (as do many other supplements they produce).
Currently, I am on a low dosage of synthroid, but my prednisone dosage has been decreased, and I will eventually be able to get off of it entirely and no longer have to deal with.
Isabel Wenz, I decided to try this product for myself. It is one of the best I have ever used. LDN appears to be used along with LDN (Low-Density The Naltrexone) are taking and the Thyroid Support are taking, I feel like things are changing quite quickly. This resulted in a great feeling for me.
