These aren't big. About 1/2" oval, I'd say. They have larger pills, measuring 1" by 3/8".
They don't want to show you the ingredient label before you buy, so I'm not sure I trust them. After that, I'll look into brands that are more open.

I've been eating fish oil for a while now, and I usually go for the cold pressed variety. Salmon oil from the wild. Then I look for a brand name, such as kirkland or nature's made. br>br>I started eating fish oil because of its heart-healthy (cardiovascular) properties, but after a few days, I noticed that my back felt MUCH better. That's when I started looking into Fish Oil and discovered that it has amazing anti-inflammatory properties. So, not only do I get a heart-healthy omega 3 oil, but I also get to feel better in my back and joints! br>br>I did some research online and found this company to be one of the best fish oils available, so I decided to give it a shot. I've been taking fish oil for over ten years, and I've noticed that most of the mass-produced oil we buy is already rancid. So "freshness" is my top priority, and this oil does not disappoint. So far, every drop of oil I've received appears to be brand new. I'm also thinking that the fact that it's packaged in a box with a dark glass jar may help keep it fresher. To keep oils fresh, I now store them in the refrigerator or in a dark, cool place. br>br>What I don't like is that I've bought other oils with flavors like lemon or mint. As a result, instead of a fishy taste, when you burped up any oil, it had a nice mint flavor. That, however, is not my main concern. I believe that the freshness of the product and the manner in which it is packaged are far more important to me. br>br>Seems to be good oil from a company that makes an effort to do things correctly. To equal the one I was attempting to take, I had to take four of these small pills, which I frequently failed to do. However, this isn't a problem because these pills are small and easy to swallow. Coming from someone who has worked in a number of supplement stores, I believe this is the highest quality available for such a low price, with no fishy burps!.
Labdoor recommended a $30 bottle of Omega 3s, which I can't afford, along with the oseto Biflex, Collagen, and all the vitamins I take, based on my research. There should also be no odor or burps in the bottle, according to them. So, based on the reviews, I chose this one. I'm burping fish 30 minutes after swallowing. Yes, the inside of the bottle has a foul odor. Because I bought minis, I'll have to double the dose to get an adult dose. When this bottle runs out, I'll return to Dollar General and purchase Rexall Omega 3 fish oil. The majority of Rexall's vitamins have good ratings and are labeled correctly. I like that it doesn't have a fishy taste, and I take it with my prenatal vitamins so that my baby gets some as well, which will help his brain development throughout his life. The price is reasonable; fisol was a better deal because you got 90 for a little more, but for me, it's all about finding something that's easy to swallow. I'll buy it again if the price stays reasonable.
I've only been using them for a few days, but the softgels are small enough for me to swallow with a glass of water. They are not, however, burp-proof. less. For at least an hour after taking them, I experience fishy burps. It's not a big deal, but they claim to be burp-free. less. They don't have a taste when you take them; only when you burp them do they have a taste. So, aside from the fishy burp flavor, these are pretty tasty. I can't say whether they truly prevented heart disease or anything else for me at this time. Let's see how long it takes me to update my review of him in about ten years.
