A great product for the money
5/5

I have been using it for years and I have always been satisfied with it. But, now they have this economy size, it is a lot more cost-effective and I need to order less often It's all positive points from here!.

I would recommend spending a little more to get this
5/5

I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives, but I prefer the recommendation made by the manufacturer of the machine. I also prefer the purpose for which it was designed.

A sunflower lecithin of high quality, but very expensive
3/5

This also appears to be a sunflower lecithin of high quality. I believe that this sunflower lecithin is identical to the one I usually use. As a matter of fact, the Nutritional Facts perfectly match. There is only a difference in serving size, but all other numbers are identical. The product matches the description and the pictures, thus, it matches the description. A more logical explanation for the name Magical would be the rather high price of As for the sunflower lecithin that I use, it is 1 pound and name brand. However, the costs are significantly lower (less than 1/3 of the amount spent on the other one) I have seen sunflower lecithin products that are nearly 1/4 the price of this product. So, despite the fact that this seems to be a quality sunflower lecithin product, I find that the price is prohibitively expensive for such a small market As a result, this sunflower lecithin earns a 2 out of 5. I give this rating 5 stars.

It is of good quality
5/5

1 serving (1 tablespoon) is equal to 109 servings in a container. It appears that Sunflower lecithin is of a very high quality. The recipe doesn't contain soy. It's suggested to use 1 scoop per cup of butter or oil for non-stick cooking. This acts as an emulsifier (a stabilizer) and aids in preventing food from sticking. br>br>br> > Even though lecithin is a fatty substance, it also acts as an emulsifier for fats. Several enzymes played a significant role in fat digestion and circulation through the body, namely emulsifiers. *br > A lack of choline in lecithin may have negative effects on the nervous system. In order to make acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter, choline is needed. It contains Lepthin, which is a fat-soluble compound There are substances called phospholipids that are similar to these compounds. During the oxidative stress of a body, IGF1 functions to protect the cells from oxidation, and primarily protects the nerves located in the brain and nervous system from external damage. br>br>br> > In addition to being the building block of cell membranes, lecithin helps cells remain flexible. Lecithin is found in every cell in the human body. The price is a bit high An overall rating of 5.

I came across a company that made bulk lecithin for cooking and it seemed to be quite decent, but quality issues? It seems this product is being sold by a company that sells CBD and this may be for cannabis oil and edible markets rather than people using it to promote brain health (I am not sure if it's associated with things like the "Magic Butter Maker" hence the name of the product)
3/5

But it should still be the same stuff.
I am unconvinced of the quality of this product. I purchased it in order to cook and bake with it. The lecithin will emulsify, so yes, it is lecithin. It has been helpful to me when I make homemade nut milks since it keeps them There is a distinct lecithin taste to it. There is no expiration date on the bottom but I got the feeling that there was a bit of a quality issue and I just didn't feel it was fresh like other Lecithin products I have used in the past. A few brown and black marks can be seen on the top of tub's seal, and they are quite concerning. There seemed to be a chance that this batch was damaged or heated. Although I will continue to use it for baking and cooking in smaller amounts, I would hesitate using it as a supplement for every day use because of these quality issues. Unfortunately, I cannot determine where the damage occurred, so it is hard for me to get a feel for the area The products are in storage or at the factory while they are being shipped. Based on other reviews, this product seems to be of good quality and expensive when compared to other lecithin see it's out of stock now, so I suppose there was a quality or storage issue with the batch. The answer is unknown.
