I have been using it for years and I have always been satisfied with it. But, now they have this economy size, it is a lot more cost-effective and I need to order less often It's all positive points from here!.
I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives, but I prefer the recommendation made by the manufacturer of the machine. I also prefer the purpose for which it was designed.

I am unconvinced of the quality of this product. I purchased it in order to cook and bake with it. The lecithin will emulsify, so yes, it is lecithin. There is no expiration date on the bottom but I got the feeling that there was a bit of a quality issue and I just didn't feel it was fresh like other Lecithin products I have used in the past. A few brown and black marks can be seen on the top of tub's seal, and they are quite concerning. There seemed to be a chance that this batch was damaged or heated. Although I will continue to use it for baking and cooking in smaller amounts, I would hesitate using it as a supplement for every day use because of these quality issues.
