My cholesterol was borderline high at my last doctor's appointment, and the doctor wanted to prescribe me high cholesterol medicine, which I declined. I began taking this supplement two pills daily, and my cholesterol was slightly lower at my next doctor's appointment, about 40 days after starting the supplement, and I am confident that the fish oil was a factor. I also made a few dietary changes. I'm going to keep taking it and evaluate its effectiveness after a few more doctor visits; I see the doctor every four months now. This product was also purchased by me and paid for by me. I took a fish oil supplement for the first time several years ago, and it was from CVS because it was a buy one, get one free deal. I'm sure there are many other high-quality fish oil products on Amazon; however, this is the one I chose to purchase and will continue to use until I have more information from my blood test results, at which point I will re-evaluate. evaluate.
The product is said to be made with wild catch fish on this Amazon page. But there's no mention of it in the container. If the product was truly made of wild-caught fish, why wouldn't they put that in the container?
I'm not sure, but I can say that my previous ten bottles of Bioscience fish oil have all been burp-free. Except for the manufacturer, the labels are nearly identical, but something has definitely changed inside.

Mentally, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in!! For the past three to four years, I've suffered from severe depression and anxiety. For quite some time, I've had a low level of depression and anxiety, but it's become severe enough that I've sought professional help. I tried reading books and was prescribed medication, but I couldn't seem to get out of this funk. EVERYTHING has been accomplished by me. So I came across an article claiming that the chemicals EPA and DHA found in fish oil, when taken in higher concentrations, can help with depression symptoms. So I gave it a shot, and I have to say, I was blown away by the results. After only four days on the supplement, I could tell a difference. It's almost as if the mental black veil I'd been struggling with had been lifted. I've only been taking this supplement for ten days and I'm already in love with it. I'm hoping this sensation will last forever.
Fish oil of excellent quality! I've had my reservations about other fish oils in the past, but this one is genuine. First, let's go over the fundamentals. The pills are a good size and easy to swallow (I take all three (but usually four) at once with a glass of water). They are no longer enteric coated because it has been discovered that this hinders absorption; however, the bottle does have a slight fishy odor. This fish oil is absolutely fantastic! In the month of January of this year, I suffered a stroke. In March 2019, I began taking fish oil three times a day in the hopes of aiding my brain's healing and allowing me to think more clearly as I recovered. In June 2019, I received the results of the most recent MRI of my brain, which revealed that the hole in my brain caused by the stroke had completely healed over, leaving no trace that it had ever existed. My doctors were astounded at how well my brain had healed in such a short period of time, and I explained to them that prayer, fish oil, and my keto diet were all factors in my recovery. Because it provides good brain protection, I continue to take this fish oil three times per day. BTW - When I had my stroke, I was not on a Ketogenic diet. Perhaps I wouldn't have stroked out if I hadn't been.

Something I noticed is that they don not list the % of omega 3 fatty acids like other top competitors (most are around 70%) After studying (4080mg fish oil, 2250mg omega 3 fatty acids) That's a lot less than some other top brands, especially considering the serving size is three capsules (most others are two). So, while this brand has high EPA and DHA I've decided to try the Nutrigold brand triple strength that has 80% omega 3s. It's twice as expensive, but it comes with 180 capsules instead of 120, and a dose of 2 instead of 3. br>br>In the long run, it appears to be less expensive to go with the initially more expensive option, which is more potent and, in my opinion, of higher quality.
