Is this in the form of an ethyl ester?

Only low-strength, minimally processed fish oils are in the natural triglyceride form, so this is a molecularly distilled ethyl ester product. The vast majority of commercially available fish oils have been molecularly distilled and their fatty acid ratios manipulated to concentrate EPA and DHA. After molecular distillation into an ethyl ester form, most fish oils that claim to be triglyceride form are actually synthetically reconverted into a partial triglyceride form.

How do you guys get such a high amount of dha per capsule when the average dha amount is around 250-300 mg? How about 500 mg per capsule?

If we converted a concentrated fish oil into an rTG triglyceride form it would dilute the oil by 20%, significantly reducing DHA strength . During digestion, triglycerides are removed from the oil, leaving only free-form fatty acids to be absorbed. So, whether we ingest a natural triglyceride, a reconverted triglyceride, or an esterified ethyl ester form, we must internally convert them to the triglyceride form.

Do you know if it's gluten-free?

Yes! No gluten is used in the processing facility, according to a statement under the nutritional information.

Is there any EPA in it?

Pills are quite substantial

I've seen some huge pills, but these are the biggest I've ever seen. If you have trouble swallowing pills, get the 500-count bottle; I can usually swallow several pills at once, but one of these proved difficult. I'm not sure how effective they are yet because I only received them today.

I get continuous fishy burps for hours. br>This happens whether I take it with or without food. I've been taking fish oil for a long time and highly recommend a lemon-flavored variety. I bought it because it was cheap compared to other brands, but it is NOT WORTH TRYING AT ALL- GET SOMEONE ELSE TO BUY IT FOR YOU.

Fish burps are a given

As the name implies, the pills are quite large. I don't have any trouble swallowing them, thanks to the coating on the pill. My family, on the other hand, does. There are definitely fish burps. br>br> Other brands are more intense, but this one isn't. However, it is not a problem for me: There are no additives that will make that go away, as far as I'm aware. In that regard, I actually prefer it. br>br>I'm still trying to figure out how the DHA works in my system. It can be used to "dilute" mold and provide cognitive relief from its symptoms.
