Oil, I'd say, but I suppose it's a matter of personal preference. You can't taste the softgels, and the oil isn't particularly pleasant on its own, so come up with new ways to combine it. I put it in my salads, then add the dressing and toss it to hide the taste, as well as my cold protein shakes. It can't be heated, so keep that in mind. However, if you're always on the go and can't think of a way to incorporate it into your meal without heating it, you're out of luck. Softgels would be my choice. 1 tbsp for every 50 lbs of body weight is a good rule of thumb. It is not healthy to consume too much or too little.
In May of 2013, I created this oil. It was given to me in July or August of last year, and it will expire in May of next year. 32oz. This is my third bottle, and I am very pleased with it; it blends well with equal parts superior grade olive oil and balsamic vinegar, as well as garlic powder, basil, and onion powder (about 1/2 teaspoon each) to make a flavorful and healthy salad dressing or marinade.

This oil has been a favorite of mine for the past 15 years, and I highly recommend it. A spoonful a few hours before bedtime usually helps me sleep better, and I no longer have a prostrate problem since I started using it. It took me a year to figure out that the Udo's oil was the cause of the long-standing problem. These additional benefits, in addition to Udo's oil's usual benefits, make the 2-in-1 product a 2-in-1 product. For me, 4 teaspoons per day is well worth it. Udo's oil with DHA is now available, and I plan to try it soon. To get free shipping, I usually order several 17oz bottles at once and then freeze them. I've discovered that I don't finish the 32oz bottles quickly enough, which is important because you want to avoid exposing the oil to air while opening and closing the bottle. They advise finishing a bottle in a month, which I never do (I usually finish it in 6 months). For me, it will be eight weeks. Shaking the oil will cause air bubbles, so don't do it. I slowly turn it upside down and set it aside for a few minutes to allow the darker, thicker oils on the bottom to mix with the lighter, clearer oils on top. After that, flip it over and pour out 1-quart of water. 2 TBLSP in the morning and 2 TBLSP in the evening - Now that I'm retired, I get up at 1 p. m. on occasion.
These are rather large pills. I made a side-by-side comparison of the capsules and a regular-sized pill or medication. In my experience, they aren't difficult to digest. The directions suggest taking 6 capsules per day, but I only take 2 capsules per day, either with lunch or dinner, as recommended by another reviewer. br>br>What was I thinking when I bought these? My doctor ran a blood test and discovered that my cholesterol levels were high. She wanted to put me on medication right away, but I told her I wanted to try making some lifestyle and dietary changes first to see if I could lower my numbers on my own. Without the use of medication. She agreed to give me six months in exchange for my cooperation. The results of the tests have a date associated with them. I had only taken this omega supplement three times between then and now. I didn't even take it on the day of my most recent blood test. br>br>I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat any animal products other than dairy. There was no way I could take fish oil. The fact that these are vegan appealed to me, and all of the reviews swayed my opinion. The difference in my lab work results has persuaded me even more. These come highly recommended by me.
This product is fantastic; my skin, nails, and hair have never been the same since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I can't believe the difference in just two months. Fake nails are no longer an option for my nails! They were only worn because they ripped and bled all the time. My nails are rock hard, and my hair took a beating from an FDA drug that they lied about being safe, Taxitere, but I can see that my hair is getting stronger, and my skin appears to be improving as well, as I still break out with pimples and exzema at my age, so this stuff is gold in a bottle. I bought the pills because the loose oil is a little bitter and has an earthy flavor after a tsp. I'm trying my hardest to get back on my feet after cancer and all these surgeries, so it's well worth the money. I'll have to see if this works on my severe fear, but I'll have to try it! It was incredible, and I would recommend it to anyone over the age of 50. My stiffness was gone in less than 24 hours.
Arthritis affects the skin, hair, and nails. This is fantastic stuff; however, because it's a little bitter, I also ordered the pills. Help with your hair (it thickens), nails (omg, they're growing like crazy), and skin. It's a blessing for us older ladies (50) to be complimented and told that we look 38! Hello, look after yourself while you're young, and you'll be able to age gracefully. I've had breast cancer, as well as chemotherapy and radiation, as well as a variety of prescription medications. These were purchased to supplement, not replace, a healthy diet. I only take two per day. The recipe calls for two servings per meal. If you need to take six capsules a day, you aren't eating properly. Supplements will not be able to compensate for a poor diet. If you eat healthily, two per day will suffice. in the right way.
I told her that I take two capsules twice a day and that my skin is SO SOFT! When you use the right oils, you can heal from the inside out. This is a fantastic item.
