I've been taking these for over 25 years to keep my vision, blood pressure, and memory in good shape. If a mother ate a lot of fish during her pregnancy, her children will have a higher IQ. DHA is derived from algae that fish consume underwater, and it is now included in baby formulas. br>I recall Martek Bioscience's release of this in the 1980s. My entire family has benefited greatly from taking such a high dose of DHA.
