Since I am a bit of an odd duck, I have tried non synthetic vitamin E to help me grow my nails and hair to no avail it seems to not I was then given a bottle of this (synthetic version) by a friend, and my nails have grown much faster and my hair has grown considerably. It works 100% for longer healthy hair and nails for me (and maybe for others if not synthetic vitamin E does) and nothing else has. The speed at which I grow from taking it every day is impressive. In the past, I had to trim my nails every day or I would break them before they had a chance to grow long. Somedays, I can grow my nails long and they only break if they get too It is a great product and I will keep on using it for as long as I live.
After reading some scientific articles on how it might help, I bought these vitamins to help reduce inflammation in my boyfriend's liver and promote healing in his stomach and GI system. I am pleased with the results so far! During his use of the product, he did not notice any adverse side effects and after two weeks saw a reduction in stomach bloating. We also changed his diet slightly and added a few other supplements for liver health, so I'm not sure if the two are connected. It is for my face that I bought these. Put one of these pills in your mouth and rub the oil all over your face after you complete your daily facial routine.
