However, I have only been taking it for a little over a month and have not noticed a difference in my skin. In addition to my very dry skin, I guess COVID19 isn't helping since I have been hand washing so much, but I started taking these tablets since I had a dark spot on my forehead and it's still there. It may be that it is helpful in ways that I have not yet noticed, but I have no way of knowing which ways.
In the past, my husband has sometimes had trouble swallowing pills, but he does not have any issues with these ones. The quality of Swanson products is very good, so I never minded purchasing it or figuring it would be of subpar quality.
There is only one thing I would change about these, which is the size. They are large and hard to swallow, so next time I would get a smaller one.
It makes them happy to eat them.
My recommendation for this type of vitamin is this brand. It was obvious after a couple of weeks that the difference existed.
