It has been my habit to take this brand of vitamin E ever since my gastroenterologist recommended I take it for my non-cancerous gastrointestinal condition The disease that affects the liver when it is fatty from alcohol. What the heck, it can't hurt, and the doctor recommends it, so I gave it a try. I had an Ast of 184 and an Alt of 203 back in May. Before I started taking vitamin E, I had numbers like this. Now, you can see that for yourself! This is actually working so well that I am shocked! The holidays and all of my eating have encouraged me to gain weight. I'm sure walking has helped as well, but I've been eating crap the past few months. Also, I love that these do not cause any side effects for me. There's nothing more annoying than pills that do that. As long as these are available, I will take them. You won't find a better price anywhere else.

In actuality I would have no idea what to do because the gels are sticky and the bottle appears wet from inside before I open it, and I expected a leak if the gels leak when I open it, but they look fine, but they are The issue is confusing for me.
