It does not have the word "soy" on it It appears to be free of soy, so I will assume it is.

The digestive system doesn't agree with some oils in vitamin E, so I prefer to take the vitamin in dry form.
Due to my body's incapacity to tolerate oil suspensions, I am unable to take Vitamin E in the form of a liquid. The fact this one contains mixed tocopherols is a plus, since the Alpha form is less effective in large doses and on its own, but I dislike the fact that there's no nutritional breakdown to provide the ratios of the mixed form. It appears this formula is tolerating well after a single bottle was purchased. The mixture of mixed tocopherols is not known in dry E but I will continue to search for a formulation with known quantities.
I have updated it. The previous review was accidentally included for this product. I suggest replacing the gelatin capsule with a vegetarian one as soon as possible.
Circulation is what I do with it.

I didn't know Vitamin E could help with joint issues - thank you for the information! So that was a huge plus! Since taking this product, my skin is now softer and my nails more solid - I haven't taken E my whole life - but now my skin is softer, my nails are stronger and my nails are hard! It never occurred to me before? It may just be that I have no idea what Vitamin E does.
It is dry without any oil, which is a plus for me. I am sensitive to the oils in preparations such as this, and had to stop taking another brand. As a result, I no longer have any problems taking mixed tocopheryl vitamin E.
Using the oil is not an option for me.
