By taking DL tocopherol, you are taking a synthetic form of vitamin E rather than an organic one. There is no substitute for Alpha Tocopherol (the right kind) but it works! I'm very impressed with this product!.

The nurse who recommended it to me suggested it. There has never been a need for a prescription for it. As a result of using this brand, my RLS symptoms have returned. As far as I can tell, the potency does not match what is advertised and seems insufficient to effectively treat In the meantime, I'll use these two together, but I can't recommend this product. I'd like to try another brand instead.
