It was indicated in the advertising that there were 100 IU softgels in the bottles. My goal was to find 350 bottles of water in variety bottles with softgels, but to no avail There was a 400 IU type that was soluble, but little success was achieved. If you have large bottles of this product, I'd love to find them. Is there anything you can think of? Thank you for your kind words. I hope you give Dianne Howerton a warm welcome

To keep my skin healthy and glowing, I used it Avoid boils by wearing a bandage. The skin on my arms is very dry now after using this product for 4 months. The boils didn't reveal themselves until last month when I was dealing with three boils at the same time. The brand I'm using is not beneficial to my body.
It was excellent.
I highly recommend it.
Recommended by my nutritionist as my body needs more vitamin E and this product is more absorbable than many other products. I have not done a retest on my lab results, so I'm unsure if my levels have improved.
What vitamins claim to provide is what they deliver.
In terms of Vitamin E, it is better to have water soluble forms.
