As well as being easy to swallow, they contain no additives.
I would recommend using the natural version over the synthetic one. They are two different things.
I trust in Bluebonnet for the quality.
While trying to find the right supplement brands for my various vitamins, I have rotated through several brands. B- is the brand I found at Whole Foods when I bought it A complex I had a lot of fun working on. As a result of not being overly enthusiastic about my previous two vitamin E brands, I bought this brand when I ran out. As you can tell, I am very pleased with this brand and will purchase again.
My doctor says that whatever I am doing is adding up to the good, so I should keep doing it.
As long as I maintain high levels of good cholesterol, I do not need to take those prescription drugs.
