Great product; I eat one wafer before lunch and another after dinner to stay on track. It's the equivalent of eating an apple a day.

I don't have powder, but I do have wafers.

I use these wafers on a daily basis to help with digestive issues, but I'm disappointed that they're so high in sugar and wheat in today's world. It might be a great product, but there's no reason to stuff them with sugar! They're supposed to be "dipped" in coffee, like biscotti, so there's no reason to put sugar in them. MetaMucil, in my opinion, needs to catch up with the times and recognize that consumers no longer believe in "health food" simply because it is labeled as such. There is also no sugar-free wafer available. They want to sweeten it so you'll eat it while telling you it's healthy.
I didn't pay close enough attention to the ingredients. I didn't think they'd sneak Sucralose in at the end, seeing as natural sugar and sucrose were near the top of the list. Artificial sweeteners are not consumed by our family. The whole thing was a waste of time, and I'll have to remember to read the fine print in the future.
When chewing, the texture is gel-like. These are merely adequate. I'd heard good things about these crackers from a certain radio personality, so I decided to give them a try. They don't do what they're supposed to for me, so that's a bummer. I do, however, like to grab a pack and toss it in my purse before leaving the house. I also eat these when I'm drinking coffee and want a snack. They have a strange texture in your mouth, and you almost have to brush your teeth afterward because the crackers turn into "gel" and stick to your teeth. You'll need to drink plenty of water while eating them, but they keep me full for the rest of the day until dinner.
I'd been buying the cinnamon spice variety and wanted to give these a try. They're actually quite good - They have a lighter, unobtrusive chocolate flavor than the cinnamon spice, and they work just as well for their intended purpose as the others, making them a nice addition to the powder mix. Also, they're about 25% less expensive than buying them in any store, which is nice if you are going to use them anyway in any store.
It works better than the power mix; just remember to drink a glass of water after eating the waffles.
It could be lower in fat and sugar, but the way it tastes makes me want to eat it and get my fiber. As a result, I believe it is deserving of five stars, especially since the price has dropped to a reasonable level, at least at the time of this writing.
I'm pretty sure this is the worst fiber snack I've ever tried. Their powder versions are fine, but this stale, non-refreshing version is a no-no. It's disgusting to eat biscuit. I'm having a hard time swallowing it. Fiber One cookies or bars are a good choice. This stuff has a WWI-era flavor to it.
When I gave it to my family as a gift, they all had negative physical reactions. 1/24. FAULTY- FOOD POISONING is a condition in which a person is poisoned by eating certain foods Great product, but another case of food poisoning has arisen as a result of an Amazon purchase in recent months. br>Both of these gift boxes, from two separate orders, were also tampered with, containing individually wrapped cookie bars. The taste of the bars was strangely chemical. a sweet odor that is out of the ordinary salty to the point of being suffocating, and the bags have been punctured open (no air-conditioning) factory-made tight seal). br>The recipient of the gift showed us vacuum-sealed bags with holes in the seams. So strange that I got food poisoning on my third Amazon order; where the tainted bags appeared to have been exposed to a poisonous substance Perhaps pesticide, because the bars reeked of the same strange, foul odor as another Amazon food delivery gone wrong. br> These bars elicited the following physical reactions in the poor gift recipient's family: Only after eating the bars did I get a rash on my face and skin in my mouth chapped.
