Because they were $20 cheaper on Amazon, I decided to order them there. I thought it was a fluke and tried again, thinking it was a fluke. runs once more. Although the expiration date was valid, the probiotics may have been killed during transportation or storage. I went back to Sprouts and bought them again, and now I'm back on track.

I've always had chronic constipation, bloating, and other digestive issues, and my doctor's solution was to give me an endless supply of laxatives, which I refused to take. This probiotic caught my eye and I decided to order it. It's been about two weeks since I began, and I'm still only taking one pill per day instead of three. The outcomes were incredible! There is no longer any constipation, and I go three times a day, at the very least.

I was diagnosed with GERD (severe continuous heartburn) a few years ago. I tried a variety of things, such as changing my diet and sleeping with a wedge pillow. Taking Garden of Life Primal Defense Ultra probiotics was one of the few things that really helped. A friend who suffers from GERD recommended them to me. I started by taking one pill twice a day, but as my GERD improved, I reduced to once daily. I can eat pretty much whatever I want now, and I'm no longer sleeping on the wedge pillow. I still get heartburn now and then, but it's much less severe and occurs much less frequently (usually after a large meal).

We felt much more energized after only a few days on it. We just placed an order for a second bottle. br>br>For those concerned that the colony count isn't high enough, we conducted a small experiment at home. In a quarter cup of milk, we dissolved one probiotic capsule. We did the same thing with two other brands of refrigerated probiotics that had a triple colony count listed on the label. A fourth cup of regular milk was also left out. When compared to the control, the other two brands' milk has a faint yogurt odor after 24 hours, but both are almost as thin as plain milk in consistency. Although the colony count may be lower than other brands, the primal defense ultra milk is thickened completely into yogurt, making it appear much more alive and active.

Some people may benefit from this probiotic, but I do not. br>A few days after starting this probiotic, I began to experience digestive issues, and after a week, I was experiencing strange bowel differences, prompting me to seek medical attention. My stomach ulcer was discovered to be the cause of my symptoms. br>I assumed it was stress, because I've had gastric bypass and it's easy to upset my stomach, but I've never had ulcers before. br>br>When I stopped taking the probiotic, it went away quickly. After running out of my usual probiotic, I tried taking it again, assuming that a probiotic couldn't cause such an issue after a few weeks. I started having problems again about a week later, and the ulcer had returned by two weeks. br>br>Once more, I turned it off, and it went away. Is it just a fluke? Maybe, but I'm not willing to take the chance. This is simply not comfortable for my body. br>br>I had heard a lot of good things about this probiotic, but it was simply not for me.

Those of you who are reading this, I am in awe of you. For almost as long as I can remember, I've suffered from cystic acne. I've tried everything there is to try and figure out what works best for me. Expensive products, drastic dietary changes (apparently the only thing that helped, but I eliminated sugar, fried foods, alcohol, and wheat from my diet). It's not a good way to live) and you're still getting acne. If I've ever consumed any of the foods on the list, I'll let you know. My boyfriend's grandmother's cookies, a handful of French fries I'd wake up with a zinger on my chin or forehead if I ate anything that wasn't leafy green. Now that I'm in my late twenties, having acne AND wrinkles at the same time is embarrassing. People frequently mistake me for someone much younger than I am, which I believe is due to my acne. I had no idea my gut flora was the source of my cystic acne. My skin has been CLEAR since I started taking two of these in the morning (only one caused a breakout). FU@& G CLEAR! For years, my hands have been plagued by eczema and psoriasis. I've tried everything there is to try and figure out what works best for me. Prescription cortisone, essential oils, citrus and diary avoidance, and all-day glove wear This was suggested by a friend, and I thought to myself, "Why don't I give it a shot What do I stand to gain by doing this? My hands have returned to normal after just one pill per day. I forgot to take my probiotics for a few days, and it reappeared, then vanished when I resumed taking them. I'm pinching myself all over again. I'm not sure if this will work for others, but I thought I'd share it anyway.
