Although I haven't had my gut flora tested, they appear to be effective. Since starting to take these, my stomach has been much happier. My digestion appears to be working better now, and I'm not getting nearly as many stomach aches, which, according to my OB, helps to reduce the risk of GBS and vaginal yeast infections during pregnancy. I'm not sure if it really does the latter because I've never had one, but we'll see what happens with the GBS the next time I get pregnant!.
They were delivered cold-packed, exactly as I had requested. I'll order them again without a doubt.

I was let down. I ordered the Ships Cold option, but when I received it, the bottle was warm, and the ice pack was broken, leaking inside the box, and warm. I won't take these if they're supposed to stay cold because I'm pregnant. It took 8 days to ship to Florida, which is a long time for one icepack to stay cold, especially in late spring.
