This probiotic is absolutely fantastic! I've been using it on and off for about two years, but I bought it from a local vitamin store before that. I'd been taking it for two years to help with constipation. I was having withdrawal symptoms from a herbal supplement called valerian at the time, and I was experiencing slow digestion issues. High heart rate, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and insomnia were some of the withdrawal symptoms I was experiencing. I noticed that taking this probiotic made me feel calmer when I first started taking it. I was able to sleep better. I did some research online and discovered that probiotics can help to calm the nervous system, which this probiotic certainly does. I find that taking this with a glass of wine on an empty stomach in the evening before dinner helps me sleep better. When I do this, I almost always sleep all night! I also discovered that it aids in the reduction of my high blood pressure. Normally, when I have a doctor's appointment, my blood pressure rises despite the fact that I take blood pressure medication; however, after using this probiotic, my blood pressure has decreased. When I see my doctor, I have a lot more normal readings. In addition, I was already very busy at work at one point. I became stressed when I received some news that made me feel panicked and even more stressed, and I began to experience headaches. I took a pill from my bottle of probiotics, which I had with me. After about a year, I began to feel more relaxed after 2 hours, and my headache subsided! I'm so glad I found this probiotic, and I'll be using it for a long time!.

Over the course of the year, I've purchased over 300 Amazon products, but this is the first time I'm writing a review because people need to know. This is made of a type of plastic that has been linked to cancer. When you open the container, it smells like chemicals, and the pills have absorbed the chemicals as well, so you can taste them as you take the pill. Choose a different manufacturer.

I'm not sure if I have IBS or not, but it appears that way. Last year, I had several tests to rule out H-pylori. Pylori, as well as a variety of other bacteria. All of the tests were found to be "normal. " It's a real drag. These were suggested by a coworker. br> So, this morning, I took the first of my capsules. It's been an hour, and my stomach isn't as bloated and gassy as it usually is! br>I'll continue to take these every morning and update this post. At the moment, I've given it a four-star rating. If they work, I'll raise the rating to a 5. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the capsules smelling chemically. There is no odor that I can detect. Regardless. br> forward! I'm hoping they'll be successful! br>Updated after a week. Every morning, I've taken one capsule. I've been feeling much better every day, with the exception of one stomach episode. I usually feel exhausted by mid-afternoon, but I've noticed that my energy level has improved, and my mood has improved as well. br>It's possible that these probiotics are effective!.

The Garden of Life series has always been one of my favorites, and this one is no exception. I usually take their RAW probiotic, which has twice the CFUs, but this one does not require refrigeration and is therefore more convenient. This bottle, with a capacity of 50 million, holds a lot of information, far more than many others. However, keep in mind that this is a supplement, and eating an ounce or two of sauerkraut contains likely a lot more CFU.

There were only 27 capsules in the bottle, and there was no cotton insert. It appears to have been opened previously. I'm disappointed that the item isn't returnable, and I'm not sure I'm comfortable using it.
