This is how I discovered candida. It turns out I've had it for more than a decade. Doctors don't know what's wrong, so they treat the symptoms rather than the cause. If you're lucky enough to have some warm milk. There are active cultures in this area. Take a few ounces of milk, break open a probiotic capsule, and mix it in with the milk to see if it passed the milk test. Cover and set aside for 2 minutes. 3 days. If you eat yogurt after that time, the probiotics will be beneficial. The probiotics are not good if you drink warm milk. br>br>This one got a perfect score on the milk test.

In my gut right now, there's a battle raging. Candida is going to win, and I'll be damned if she does. I won't bore you with details about good and bad gut bacteria if you've made it this far. I am 50 years old and have suffered from chronic illness for as long as I can remember. Symptoms that no one could pinpoint despite extensive testing, including sleep studies, labs, and scans, as well as medications such as antidepressants, sleeping pills, muscle relaxants, and other medications. I'm a nurse, but I never learned in nursing school about the overgrowth of bad gut flora. It is also unknown to the majority of doctors. There are numerous signs and symptoms. After ordering these probiotics, I noticed that malodextrin was listed among the ingredients. Malodextrin has a reputation for inhibiting the growth of beneficial bacteria. Awful!.
