Fiber makes up a small portion of my diet, so I find it difficult to get enough. Generally speaking, extra fiber is associated with additional calories, and I don't need extra calories. They were available at a big name store near me a while back and I originally had no plans to buy them. I am amazed. You can eat up to ten of them a day, and they are SO delicious, low in calories, and high in fiber (I need to confess). When I don't take them, I notice a difference in my health. (ahem) They help me remain regular and put my body in a comfortable state. It was the day my big name store was out of stock. They were found on Amazon, which was fortunate for me. My first reaction was skepticism when I learned of these four years ago.
