However, I think they do work better when I take them before going to bed. My stomach acid problem has significantly improved. I no longer wake up gagging in the middle of the night. On the one hand, I recommend them, but on the other hand, they are very expensive and may not work.

I use this product for folliculitis on the inside of my kneecap. I find it very useful for this purpose. There is a difference in absorption rates between gel caps and capsules, however.
