This is horrible. Peppermint oil is known primarily for being a nausea-relieving agent, but I did not do research beyond what I read in the research. It's not my fault that I did not look at side effects of the product that include extreme cramps, diarrhea, I would have known this since all of them are listed on easy google search, which I chose not to do. (Felt as though I had eaten a batch of ghost peppers) Therefore, make sure the treatment benefits exceed the risk of potential My illness on the third day led me to look for information about it, as I had only taken two. The mistake is mine. I thought it would be helpful to those who read reviews to see this, so they don't make the same.

I have been using them for my never-ending headaches It appears that they haven't solved my gut issues. While I don't think they have given me much relief from my IBS, they are certainly making me feel less bloated after meals. My daily mealtime routine includes taking one capsule before eating. It's possible to take another one after eating something especially acidic, but I wonder if adding a few drops of peppermint oil to a glass of water would be just as effective.

The pill had a rancid taste and odor. Ingesting it would have been too hard for me. If you can't find it there, try somewhere else. Also, I did not see a place where I could give feedback to the seller. You might want to consider looking somewhere else.

, so I have a slight mild minty belch for a few hours. However, I'm able to eat things that aren't Low FODMAP for about 3 hours. This is worth the minty belch if it takes 5 hours! These capsules are easy to swallow and are small. It is better to take combination capsules since they usually do not cause belching.
